Delay / lack of delivery
The Post and FedEx are very reliable services. However, as with any shipment, there may be a delay in delivery or the package may get lost. In the event of a delivery delay of more than 7 days for FedEx and Terrestrial routes and 14 days for the Post, the Customer must inform the customer service HEALTH REMEDY which will forward the information to the Post Office, FedEx or the Land transport company to trigger the opening of an investigation. This investigation can last up to 21 days for FedEx, 14 days for land transport companies and 45 days for the Post Office from the date of its opening. If during this period, the package is found, it will be immediately forwarded to the Customer (in most cases). If, however, the package is not found at the end of the 21, 14 and 45-day investigation periods, FedEx, the land transport company and La Poste consider the package as lost. In this case, SANTÉ REMÈDE will send the Customer a replacement package, at its expense.

Product quality
The Customer benefits from a quality guarantee on SANTÉ REMÈDE products.
However, if the defect is proven, SANTÉ REMÈDE undertakes to exchange the defective or non-conforming products within fourteen (14) days.
